We have the pleasure of working alongside some of the UK’s most prestigious and high profile events here at Spaceworks, and the recent Cheltenham Festival in March is a great example of this.

Known across the world of horse-racing, this meeting is a firm favourite in the national hunt racing calendar, with prize money second only to the Grand National.

Hospitality is a key component of any major sports event such as this, not just for the paying public, but for sponsors, VIP and dignitaries in attendance. This famous event also attracts well-known faces.

There is a wide range of hospitality chalets in temporary structures all around the Cheltenham Festival site, each of which needed to be kitted out with furniture such as dining tables and chairs, reception counters, poseur tables and stools, banquette seating and much more. In particular, Picasso chairs and cross back chairs from Spaceworks were particularly popular with the organisers, helping to provide modern and engaging hospitality areas for guests to enjoy the racing in style, comfort and warmth!

With an experienced, dedicated site manager overseeing our team’s logistics and operations on-site in the build-up phase of the Cheltenham Festival, we’re pleased to report that everything went smoothly, despite the challenging weather conditions.
